Jess Brown-Fuller MP trialled a new ferry service that will run between Hayling Island and West Wittering. The new small business, operated by local resident Patrick White, founder of Chichester Harbour Charters, launched on Easter weekend. A crossing from Hayling Island to East Head will take 15 minutes, instead of up to an hour by road. Jess met Patrick at Sparkes Marina, where the ferry is based, and joined him on a trip across the water to the sandy beach at East Head.
