About Jess Brown-Fuller MP
Since being elected in July 2024, I’ve been committed to standing up for the people of Chichester, listening to your concerns, championing our community and making sure your voice is heard in Parliament. I’ve met with local businesses, charities and schools across the constituency, and I’m focused on the priorities that matter most to us all: fighting inappropriate development, protecting our precious environment, standing up for our NHS, and ensuring Chichester gets a fair deal.

In Parliament, I’ve pushed for urgent action on sewage dumping, better access to GP and dental services, and a more balanced, infrastructure-first approach to housing. I’ve also tabled proposals to give greater protection to our National Landscapes and valuable farmland, and continue to challenge decisions that put developer profits ahead of local needs.

I'm proud to serve as the Liberal Democrat MP for Chichester and as our party’s spokesperson for Justice. With my recent work on campaigning for LGBT veterans and for victims of the contaminated blood scandal, Justice is a brief close to my heart and is an issue that appears regularly in my inbox. In Chichester I have campaigned for the long-term future of the Chichester Crown Court and will continue to push David Lammy for clarity.

I’m also an active member of several All-Party Parliamentary Groups, working cross-party to tackle key challenges facing both our community and the country.
You can find more about my work in Parliament here, including my voting record, written questions and contributions on the issues that matter most to Chichester.
