Jess Brown-Fuller is hosting an online roundtable for parents and carers in the constituency to discuss Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on Thursday 26 March from 19:00 to 20:15.
The session will give families the opportunity to share their experiences and views as the government consults on proposals to reform the SEND system. The discussion will focus on the recently published White Paper outlining changes to how support is delivered for children and young people with SEND.

The roundtable will feature guest contributions from Dr Josie Maitland and Heather Green from the University of Chichester, who will offer their insights into SEND reform.
Parents and carers will be encouraged to share their perspectives on what improvements are needed, and how the system can better support children and their families.
The event comes as the Government’s national consultation on SEND reform is underway. Families, teachers, school leaders and professionals have all been invited to contribute, with the consultation open until 18 May.
Parents and carers who would like to attend can register here.
Further information about the government’s SEND reform proposals and consultation is available on GOV.UK.
